Shipping
We offer the following shipping options:
Payment Methods If you are interested in purchasing
anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American
Express for online orders. You may also email us with your order or call to make an order over the phone. If
you pay by personal check or money order, your order will ship 5 business days after we receive your check. Special orders
that deviate from our production rods will be built once payment is received. Privacy
Policy
Contact information including
email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing
the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration
dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
Warranty Policy
Here at Finbuster Custom Rods we offer a "Limited Lifetime Warranty" on all our rods we
build. If one of our rods ever break under normal wear and tear, It needs to be returned to us ASAP. The rod should be
shipped Insured and in a sturdy container so as not to incur any further damage during shipping or in the event
it is lost. Attach a note as to what or how the damaged occured and once we have the rod in our posession and it has been
thouroughly inspected a determination will be made at our discretion to either repair or replace the product. If after
inspection the damage appears to have been caused by misuse, the customer will be contacted and quoted a repair cost.
Please include your NAME, ADDRESS, CITY, STATE, ZIP CODE, and PHONE NUMBER, in an email and we will forward to you
our Warranty Dept. address.
All shipping charges are to be paid and or pre paid by the customer.
Any product left in our posession for more than 30 days after contact has been made regarding repair
or replacement and no action taken by you the customer to pay for said repairs or shipping, will result in the product
being destroyed.
